First, log into Hosted Solutions: <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/>

Under "Reporting", tap this arrow to expand the different reporting options.

Click 'Sales'

The first report under Reporting > Sales is the Sales Summary. In previous versions of Hosted Solutions, this used to be called the 'Daily Report'.

You can filter the data by location. By default, it should show all locations.

Filter the data to show a single day or up to one year. After you enter the range, tap "search" to filter the data.

The data can be exported as a PDF by clicking 'Export'.

**'Gross Revenue'** shows approximately how much money the car wash brought in over the specified time period. Gross revenue will include things like: - App bundle purchases - Wash club purchases - Prepaid pass signups - Gift Card purchases - and recharges - Manual sales - Individual wash purchases - App purchases - ExpressPass recurring billing - Bundle codes - Buy Ups - Time - Merchandise (sold on Ecommerce Page) - Fees (like credit card surcharges)

**'Prepaid Pass Signup'** refers to ExpressPass RFID prepayments (pay in advance).

**'App Bundle'** refers to bundles sold on the Mobile App or Ecommerce page (not bundles sold at the pay station)

**'Manual Sale'** refers to manual gift card sales at the D.A.N..\ Gift cards sold on the Mobile App or Ecommerce page will be under 'Gift Card'.\ Gift Cards sold at the pay station will be under 'Value Card Issue'.

**'Wash Club'** refers to manual wash club sign ups (by the owner of the car wash in Hosted Solutions). When people sign up for wash clubs on the Mobile App, the sign ups are reported under 'App Wash Club Signups'.

**'Wash Purchases'** refers to single washes bought at the pay station. Individual washes bought on the Mobile App or Ecommerce show under App Purchases.

**'App Wash Club Recurring Billing'** is the monthly cost of the club coming in from recurring billing for app wash club customers. The first month (sign up price) is reported under App Wash Club Sign Ups. Recurring billing for ExpressPass RFID can be found under ExpressPass Recurring Billing.

**'Wash Club Sign Up'** refers to the sign up price for wash club customers enrolled themselves in at the pay station (kiosk sign up).

**'App Wash Club Sign Ups'** refers to the sign up price for wash club customers who enrolled themselves in on your mobile app. If the wash owner manually signed them up for a wash club they will appear under "Wash Club".

**'App Purchases'** refers to single washes bought on the Mobile App or Ecommerce page.

**'ExpressPass Recurring Billing'** referrs to the monthly bills for recurring ExpressPass customers.

**'Bundle Codes'** refers to bundles purchased at the pay station. Bundles purchased on the Mobile App will be under "App Bundle"

**'Buy Ups'** refers to revenue from Buy Ups at the pay station.

After the Sales report, if you scroll down, you'll find the '**Redemptions Report'**. **'Redemptions'** referrs to when things are used (or redeemed). For example, things bought on the Mobile App may be bought days (or even months) before they're redeemed. While the income is reported the day they are bought, their redemption is reported on the day they are scanned (or otherwise used).

**'Wash Purchases'** are single washes that were previously purchased, given or earned will appear on this report when they are redeemed. This can include: - Washes from bundles at the kiosk - Washes from bundles on the Mobile App - Birthday washes from the Mobile App Birthday Award - Individual washes on the Mobile App - Loyalty washes earned on the mobile app - Single use codes

PLEASE NOTE: The Sales Summary Report totals (revenue) will ALWAYS equal: \ Item Sold x the KIOSK ITEM PRICE\ \ If customers discount washes on their Mobile App, it will not take that into consideration. If discount codes, code coupons, promo codes, etc. are used, the Sales Summary Report will not be an accurate reflection of money coming in. The Revenue Report is the most accurate source for the exact funds coming in.
