This means that your calendar is still loading. This can take longer the first time you access your calendar for the day. It should load within a few minutes. 

If the spinning wheel does not stop then you may need to check your internet connection. Please note, we cannot diagnose issues with your internet or your computer's hardware. Please work with your organization's IT Team to solve these issues.

You can contact [support@krow.ai](mailto:support@krow.ai) if your IT Team is unable to resolve the issue but this should be your second option. Your IT Team will have a better understanding of your internet connectivity and hardware.
