Three states of a submitted inspection and how to close an inspection

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of how to navigate the inspection submission process, including understanding the different states of an inspection and the steps to close it effectively.

Navigate to [https://app.servusconnect.com/app](https://app.servusconnect.com/app)

You should land on your Dashboard.

Click on the "Inspections" tab.

This will take you to the submissions page for inspections. Inspections that have been completed in the field and submitted by the inspector will return here for review and resolution.

You will notice that inspections in the submissions page are in one of three states.

Inspections with no findings reported will automatically return as "Closed-Resolved"

Submitted inspections with findings will return as "Open-Unresolved".

Once all findings in an inspection have been resolved the inspection moves to "Open-Resolved".

And lastly, once resolutions are approved, the inspection will move to the "Closed-Resolved" state. Instructions on accepting resolutions are next.

If you have an inspection in the "Open-Resolved" state and are ready to close it, simply tap or click on the inspection. This will open the inspection.

Once you open the inspection you will be directed to the "Findings" tab. Here you can see the state of the inspection and each of the findings. Note: To close an inspection all findings must be resolved.

From here click on the report tab.

Once in the report you will have the ability to "Approve Resolutions".

Click on "Approve Resolutions".

You will notice that the status changes to "Closed-Resolved".

And back on the submissions page the inspection is now "Closed-Resolved".
