    Navigate to [https://www-p02.intacct.com/ia/acct/login.phtml](https://www-p02.intacct.com/ia/acct/login.phtml)
    Click the "User ID" field.
    Click LOG IN
    Click "Applications" in the menu bar
    Click "Time & Expenses"
    Click "My timesheets"
    Click "Add" to add a new timesheet
    Click the date bar, and select the beginning date of that week (now a Sunday).
    Click the date (Sunday)
    Description notes should say Timesheet week ending xx/xx/xxxx
    Start adding your time in the Grid below: Click the "Project" field. SGA Employees please select SGA NON JOB Field Employees, select your JOB NUMBER or FIELD NON JOB TIME (indirect) For Job related entries, continue on to select cost code, cost type, billable. ALL entries must have: Location 10--FHPB which should default.
    Click "Project" and select your project or whether you are SGA or Non job field.
    Illustration for SGA employees: Click "1025--SG&A Non-Job Time"
    Click the "Cost Code" field.
    Click "WRK--Non-Job Work Time"
    Click "Cost type"
    Click "L--Labor--L--63103"
    Verify your department Finance can advise
    Click in each day's field and enter hours worked. Tab will bring you to a new line where you can enter multiple jobs.
    Type " [[tab]] 8 [[tab]] 8 [[tab]] 8 [[tab]] 8 [[tab]] 8 [[tab]]"
