    Track & Trace - How to Run & Schedule a Report

      Set Up your Report

      Click "Reports"

      Select the Report you would like to schedule.

      Use the Dropdowns and Options to select the parameters for your report. Each report will have different settings.

      You can hold down Ctrl (or Cmd on a Mac) to select multiple options from the lists.

      In order to schedule a report, you will need to click the "Save this report configuration" field.

      As well as give this report a unique name.

      Click "Run Report". You will notice that "Schedule Report" is greyed out and not clickable at the moment, we will come back here in a few steps.

      Once the report finished generating we recommend checking it to make sure its what you need it to be. under **Completed Reports**, click "here to download"

      Schedule and Run Saved Reports

      If a report has a saved version you will now see the black arrow next to it, to access your saved reports, click on this black arrow.

      Click on the saved report.

      Here you will see all the options that you previously selected.

      You will see some options, you can run this report again with your same settings (Green Arrow), you can delete the saved report if it wasn't what you needed or you are no longer using it (Red Arrow) or you can click Schedule Report (Orange Arrow) to schedule an emailed report.

      Click the "Recipients" field and add emails of those who should receive this report.

      Tip! Emails entered here do not need to be Geoforce Track & Trace Users. Any email can be entered. You will just want to alert your recipients that they will be receiving emails from [*[email protected]*](mailto:[email protected]) so they do not end up in Spam or Junk mail
