    This integration is for automatically transcribing your new files in Google Drive with Transkriptor through Zapier.     Log into your [Zapier ](https://zapier.com/app/home)account. Click "Create" and "Zaps" buttons from the left bar.

    Click "Trigger" and select **Google Drive** as the app.

    Click "Action" and choose **Transkriptor** as the app to transcribe your audio or video files uploaded to Google Drive. You can use the search bar to find Transkriptor if it is not listed.

    Click on the "**Google Drive**" step to configure the trigger. The integration configuration for Google Drive will be specified here.

    Make sure to pick "**New File in Folder**" event. Whenever you upload a new file to this folder it will be automatically transcribed. Only upload audio or video files to this folder to avoid integration errors.

    Select the folder that you want to upload your audio or video files for automatic transcription. Make sure that you have an audio or video file in this folder for testing your integration before it becomes live.

    Choose a file from your folder for testing and click "Continue with selected record". Make sure it is **audio or video (mp3, mp4, wav, mkv) file** to avoid errors in testing step.

    Click on Transkriptor step on Zapier. Authenticate your account via your API key on <https://app.transkriptor.com/account> page, click copy icon then paste it to the authorization window in Zapier.

    In "Action" Tab,\ To set transcription name properly, pick "**Title**" option from available fields list.

    To set the audio or video file that will be transcribed, pick "**File**" from available fields list.

    **Transcription Language**: Ensure the spoken language in your audio files matches the language you select here.\ **Service**: Choose "Standard" to get transcription or choose "Subtitle" to generate captions.\ **Folder**: You can view your Transkriptor folders and pick one to upload your transcriptions. You can pick the "Recent Files" folder to save your Transcription in files section.

    Click "**Test step**" button to test the integration. Testing will ensure that your integration runs smoothly before it becomes live.

    A response with "**Transcription ID**" will be returned, indicating successful transcription. Click "**Publish**" to make your Zap live. Once your integration becomes live, all audio or video files from your Google Drive folder will be transcribed with Transkriptor.
