don't you go ahead give yourself a quick
intro um then I'll go and then we can
get into like a little cool discussion
particularly around holiday selling but
kind of more broadly cpg things to think
about yeah awesome thank you ish really
excited to be here um so my background
is in Supply Chain management um that's
my the family business is in you know
Supply Chain management and you know I'm
very entrepreneurial by Nature so I
started a merchandising company when I
was 25 years old or so um you know buy
for X sell for y I'm sure a lot of what
uh your you know your customers are
doing right now as well um and you know
as I scaled that business up one of the
things that we identified was there
wasn't really a good one-size fits all
solution for funding the growth of a
growing product business right we went
from 600,000 of sales to a million of
sales between year one and two for me at
the time that was fantastically good
growth right I was really excited and
then when I went to Market to find uh
you know essentially Capital support to
continue funding the growth of the
business it was just crazy expensive
right and every single other
entrepreneur I talked to pretty much had
a different solution for the same
problem of like how do I fund my
physical Goods right and so it felt like
there was an opportunity um to create
that solution specifically for inventory
and physical assets funding um so we
created a kick further nine years ago
and we've been doing that since then
absolutely awesome thank you um we're
excited to dive into your learnings not
only running kick further but obviously
as your entreprene entrepreneurial
background um so quick intro to me um
