Share a project from your 'Your stuff' menu

    1
If you already have a **personal email** attached to a (free or paid) Adobe Express account, note down that email (you will need this later). If you do not already have a personal Adobe Express account, you can create one for free using your own personal email address. Next, navigate to <https://new.express.adobe.com/>and log in using your **TAFE Queensland ID**.
    2
Click the '**Your stuff**' folder to see all of your Adobe Express Projects.
    3
Some projects have the option to share from the ellipsis (three dot symbol '**...**') on the thumbnail. Select the ellipsis.
    4
Click '**Share**' from the dropdown options.
    5
Type in the **email address** of your personal (free or paid) account. Press the **Enter** key on your keyboard.
    6
Click the '**Invite to edit**' button.
    7
A notification will appear stating that the invitation to share has been sent. Note that you can see the icon for your **TAFE Queensland account** and your **personal account** under '**Who has access**'. Click the **X** at the top-right of the window to return to your projects list.
    8
The project you shared will now appear in the **Notifications** area of your personal account as 'available to edit'. We recommend you create a copy of the project that is saved to your personal account - this helps guarantee you can keep accessing it. Go through and share all of the projects you want to move to your personal account using the steps above.

Alert! When you open your copied projects, you may notice that some elements (pictures, icons, shapes) have a **crown symbol** on them. This marks them as 'Premium' features that you require a license in order to access. If you want to download, share or publish projects that have 'premium' content or items, you have two options: 1. Remove the 'premium' content and replace it with another asset from the Adobe library that does not have a 'crown' on it 2. Use a temporary 'free trial' to finalise and save your projects for download, and then ensure you cancel the trial before you are billed.

Save a copy of your shared project to your personal Adobe account

    9
Once you have shared all the projects you want to move over from your TAFE Queensland account to your personal account, click your icon at the top-right of the screen and select '**Sign out**'. You will exit your TAFE Queensland Adobe Express account.
    10
**Log in** to your other account with your **personal email address**.
    11
Select the 'Your stuff' folder in your personal account.
    12
Click the arrow next to '**Yours**' near the top-right of the page, and select '**Shared with you**' from the dropdown options.
    13
Click the ellipsis ('**...**') on the thumbnail of the project. Select '**Duplicate**' from the dropdown options.
    14
    Select the '**Duplicate**' button.
