The employee in this example has indicated they want their overtime to be comp time earned, but did not transfer the hours to comp.

Navigate to "Employee actions"

Click "Time card inquiry"

Make sure you have selected the correct pay period.

Any time entries that generated overtime with have the + icon to expand time entry details.

Use the field shown below to indicate how many hours from this time entry to transfer to comp. You will then need to approve the timesheet as the employee before you can approve as a supervisor/timekeeper.
