Click on the streaming service you are going to transfer from. The first time you use it you will need to link your streaming acct.

It will automatically select all the music in your library. Click this checkbox to deselect all.

Click the checkbox next to the playlist you want to transfer.

Once completed, this screen will appear and show how many songs were successfully transferred.

Click "Open" to view the transferred playlist.

This will take you to the newly transferred playlist. Be sure to scroll through it and make sure all songs transferred correctly. Sometimes the incorrect version of a song moves to the new playlist. If so, you can easily change it manually.

If you would like to transfer another playlist, click "Convert again"
