If a report indicates that “reserves of $0.00 are insufficient to cover X months of reserves,” you can change the reserve amount and the number of reserves required for the loan.

To modify these amounts, access the Loan. Then access the  "Loan Additional" tab.

Click the (Edit) icon on the Underwriting section to display a window where these amounts can be modified using the Number Of Reserves field and the Reserve Amount Field.

Click "Save" after entering the Number of Reserves and the Reserve Amount field.
