Troubleshooting Your Device Settings During a Meeting

Click "Join now" to join your meeting.
In the call, click "More" to open the call navigation menu.
In the call navigation menu, click "Settings" to open the call settings menu.
In the call settings menu, click "Device settings" to open the device settings page.
In the "Audio devices" field, click the drop down arrow, then select the audio device you want to use.
In the "Speaker" field, click the drop down arrow, then select the speaker device you want to use.
In the "Microphone" field, click the dropdown arrow, then select the microphone device you want to use during the call.
If next to the microphone icon the stripes light up purple, that indicates that the microphone is working and everyone in the call can here you.
In the "Camera" field, click the dropdown arrow, then select the camera device you want to use during the call.
