    Troubleshooting - Can't see my measurements

    These kind of scenarios are usually solved by checking your: - User Account is correct - Pictures aren't mistakenly sent without pictures - Company name - Public name - Encryption key\ \ Follow this guide for instructions.

    Check that you use correct account

    At first check the upper right corner in the Choozr Dashboard.\ \ Check that you have logged in to the right account. Click your public name on the right corner and a drop down menu will open. Your company name is in the first line and your email on the second.

    Check, if customer has mistakenly sent you with no measurement pictures

    Sometimes customer's might mistakenly send measurements with no measurement pictures.\ \ Click "with measurements" to see the list of only measurements.

    Check your public name

    Go to settigns and check that you have set a public name correctly

    Check your store name

    From the settings, go to "Store Profile"

    Check your company name. Sometimes you might have set a different name for your company (for example Choozr Group Ltd) and a different "brand name" (Choozr).\ \ You will be found on that company name you have set in the registration.

    Check your encryption key
