Troubleshooting - Measurement lost / won't show on the list

Navigate to [https://dash.choozr.ai/measurements](https://dash.choozr.ai/measurements)
The measurement might not be visible if the customer is archived.

To check Archived Customers click "Settings"

Click "Archived Users"

If you find the customer in archived users, click "Restore Archived" from the customers line.

After restoring, go back to check the Measurements list.
Other reason why you won't see the right customer can be that he/she has sent to you measurement in another style you have agreed.

To check if the customers meausurement is incorrectly sent in another way, click "with measurements"

Or if you agreed to get only measurements, click "With pictures"
If that wasn't helping, next check that do you have your Public Name right and Encryption Key Set up correctly

Click "Settings"

Check the Public name of the tailor field.

Then check the encryption key by clicking "Encryption Keys"

If the encryption key and public name are both OK - there might be a problem with your customers end.\

Time & Date
Your Customers App Account Email (or mention if anonymous sender)
Your Customer's Phone details (System, model)
Did the customer send the measurement from:
QR-code
Stores -list or
Measurement Cards from the App
Information on what has been done already
