Turn Your Workflow into Client Intake and Review the Data

Let's configure the workflow for client intake. Click "Settings"
Click "Customize Messages"
Customize the "Hidden document completion message"
Now I want to set it so that the client does not get the documents and instead they're emailed to me. Click "Document Templates"
Click "Sharing"
Click the "Do not display finalized documents to workflow taker" field.
Click the "Send finalized documents to email address:" field.
Click "Add recipient"
Click the "Type email or select variable" field.
Click "Save"
Click "Close"
On your dashboard, you can grab a link to this workflow that you can use to share with Clients. It will be new every time someone clicks on this link.
Select the place where you want to add the link. In this case, an email to a client.
Paste the link
You can reuse this link and every time it is clicked, it will take a client to a new session of your workflow.
When your client completes the workflow, you'll get an email with the document. You can also see how they've answered the questions by using the Data Manager.
Click "By Workflow"
Select the workflow whose data you want to see.
Now you can see all the times someone has answered this workflow.
