Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com](https://staging.accushield.com/landing)

Click "Accounts"

Click "Resident" from the dropdown.

Find the resident's name that you want to turn this on for.

Toggle the Do Not Disturb field to be On (or off, if you're wanting to disable this for a resident)

Click Yes to confirm that you want to turn this on.

This is how the Kiosk screen will appear for residents that have Do Not Disturb turned on and a person tries to visit them. The resident will continue to appear as unavailable until that toggle is turned off in the Dashboard.
