      Click the Folders link in the side navigation bar

      Click "Personal Folders"

      Open or navigate inside the folder to which you want to add users.

      Once inside the folder, click "People on this Folder"

      Click the "Add People to Folder" button

      Click the select user text field and type in the user's email address. If a user matching your search criteria is found, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu. However, if no match is found, you must create a new client and add them to the folder.

      Set the appropriate permissions, alerts, and notification settings after selecting the user and then click the "Add" button. You have successfully added the user to the folder.

      Click the "Add People to Folder" button

      Click the select user text field and type the name of the group. If a group matching your search criteria is found, select it from the drop-down menu. However, if no match is found, ensure that the distribution group has been created first.

      Set the appropriate permissions, alerts, and notification settings after selecting the group and then click the "Add" button. You have successfully added the group to the folder.

      If needed, make further permission changes by checking and unchecking the appropriate checkboxes

      Click the "Save" button once you're finished making your selections.
