    Home Page Options

    If your homepage looks like this, click the tab next to the menu to scroll over.

    This is the alternate homepage which will now open each time you open UKG.

    The "back" button is in the upper right corner. This will help you navigate back to homepage if needed.

    Pinning to Favorites

    You can pin items from the menu to your favorites which will appear in the "heart" tab.

    Click "Edit Favorites"

    Choose which options to pin to your favorites menu, and click the "Save" field. Workforce Management is where you edit and approve timesheets and PTO requests. Company Info is where you can see the Organizational Chart and Company Documents.

    To exit Favorites and return to the main menu, click "Myself".

    Click "Company Info"

    In Company Info, you can access Internal Job Openings. Click "More" under the Alliance Mission. This will open up downloadable documents for IT FAQs, Alliance Handbook and holiday policies, etc.

    Click "Organization Chart". Clicking a name will expand to show the individual's direct-reports and their contact card. You can zoom in and out to view other business units.

    Click "Employee Directory". You can search an individual. Note: there is also a company directory within Atlas.
