    How to Locate the Reporting Menu in UKG

    From the "Administration" menu, click "Reporting".

    Click "Standard Reports"

    Click "Available"

    Click this dropdown and select "Report Category".

    Click the dropdown and select "Payroll Current" & click "Search" or hit enter. This will open a folder of reports available to run once the payroll cycle is open.

    Click "Pre-Check Detail Listing"

    Click on your property, then select the arrow to move it into the selection box.

    Click the top arrow to move all options for employee status to the selection box.

    Click the "Next" field.

    \*If you have a property with multiple locations, you want to select "Work Location" from the list first and move it into the selection box. If you only have one location, please see next step.\*

    Click "Department" and click the arrow to move it into the selection box.

    Click this checkbox to create a page break after each location or after each department, or both.\ \ If you click the box for "Work Location" it will page break after each property. \ If you click the box for "Department" it will page break after each department.\ \ Regardless of the page breaks; selecting it this way will sort the report by Work Location first, then department.

    Click "Employee Name (Last, First MI)" and click the arrow to move it into the selection box. This will sort each work location or department (or both) alphabetically.

    Click the "Next" field.

    Click this text field to rename the report you are running.

    Click the "Save report template" field to easily run your report in the future.

    Click into the text box to name your report template.

    Click this dropdown to select the format of your choice (PDF or Excel).
