Your username will always be formatted as ***RMFCOLastnameFirstname***.

Enter your username and password.
The first time you login, your password will be your **date of birth** (MMDDYYYY).

Click **Sign In.**

Set-up your new password according to the **password requirements.**

Click **Continue.**

Set-up your **Challenge Questions** and answers. These questions will be used to verify your identity when you request to reset your password.

Click the **Continue** button.
Resetting Your Password

On the login page, click **Forgot your password?**

Enter your **Username**.

Click **Continue**.

Answer your **Challenge Questions**.

Click the **Continue** button.

Enter a new password that meets the **password requirements.**
**Note:** You **cannot** use a recently used or previous password.

Click the **Reset Password** button.
