        Navigate to <https://connect.utoledo.edu/portal/schoolcounselor>and log-in using your email and the pin sent to you via e-mail.

        On your home page, you will find the following: - Your contact information that we have on file. - Your school's contact information that we have on file. - Your admission counselor's contact information. If you believe any of this needs changed, please reach out to your admission counselor.

        At the bottom of the page, it will show if you have any upcoming visits from UToledo. You can also give students the link to register for the visit!

        At the bottom of the page is a scroll of important dates throughout the school year.

        Click "Your Applicants" to see a list of your current applicants and events they have registered for.

        Click "UToledo Links" for quick access to pages we find helpful to your success as a counselor.

        Click "Forms" to add a student to our inquiry list, update your information, request a visit, or ask a question!

        To view your applicants, let's go back to "Your Applicants". For this example, since it is a high school, we will click "Freshman".

        At the top of the page that pops up, you will see a small overview of the different key data points we have collected!

        Below, you will find a list of applicants. You can: - Print the list - Export the list to excel - Select what columns you want to show

        Click "Column visibility▼" to select specific columns you want to show.

        Click the column you do not want to show to remove the check mark and make it invisible on your report.

        Click the "Search:" field to search for a specific student.

        Click "Missing" to upload a necessary document.

        It will take you to a page where you can upload the student's documentation.

        You can sift through multiple pages of students.

        Below the list, you will find a table that allows you to filter on various data points found in your applicant list.

        Click a filter to expand the list and select your options.

        Click the filter you want to choose when selecting just one value.
