    Unregistering a customer from a class or appointment

    Click the class or appointment you want to remove the customer from.
    Click the three dots next to the customer's name.
    Click "Remove"
    Select "Regular cancel" if you want to return the usage to the customer's membership (or account credit if they booked by paying a drop-in fee) or "Late cancel" if you don't want them to get any kind of refund.
    Select whether you want to notify the customer. If you choose "Yes", they will receive an automated email letting them know they've been removed from the session. Click "Remove" to finalise.
    The customer has now been removed from the session.
