Find the Preferences panel on the first screen of the Subscriber Portal. Hover and click on the pencil icon at top right corner of this panel

The Change Bothered Threshold popup will load, displaying your current Bothered Threshold.

Use the up / down arrows to change the Bothered Threshold value, or select the current value and type in a new value
Don't forget to click "Save"
