**These instructions are only for those who have already set up MFA on their NSH account but need to update their authentication methods.** The process to update your MFA depends on what has changed (such as a new mobile device, phone number, and/or email address):
- If you have changed to a new/different mobile device, you will need to **Update your 1st Authentication Method** **(Microsoft Authenticator app)**.
- If you have changed your phone number, you will need to **Update your 2nd Authentication Method (Phone Number)**
- If you have changed your email address, you will need to **Update your 2nd Authentication Method (Email Address)**
You will need a mobile device (phone or tablet) connected to the internet to update MFA on your account.
