Update Profile and Change Password

This guide provides essential instructions for updating your profile and changing your password within the portal, ensuring your information remains current and secure.

Click the **"My Account"** icon in the top right-hand corner of your portal screen.

Click **"Update Profile"**

View your information on record and action the **"CHANGE PASSWORD"** or **"EDIT PROFILE"** functions to access the update screen, where you can modify your settings and switch between functions.

**Change Your Password:** **Update your password**, ensuring it meets the listed requirements, then click **"SAVE"**. Alternatively, switch to the **"Edit Your Profile"** function to update your contact information.

**Edit Your Profile:** Update the required fields to notify our office of any changes. To update your email address, contact the Advisor Support team using the **"Contact Us"** tool within the Portal.
