Navigate to [https://hcm.adamsbrowncpa.com/Secure/Home.aspx](https://hcm.adamsbrowncpa.com/Secure/Home.aspx)

Click "Employee".

Click "Compensation"

Double-click on the employee receiving a pay rate change.

Click the "Rate" field and update to new amount.

Click "Change Reason" dropdown menu.

Select reason.

Click the "Comment" field to enter notes as needed.

Click "Save Changes"
