    Updating Your Company Information for the University of Arkansas System in PaymentWorks

    Once you have submitted a New Vendor Registration form, your **Company Profile** will be created. This is where you can update your business/personal information as needed. Updates made to your Company Profile must be reviewed and approved by the University of Arkansas System before the changes will appear in PaymentWorks.

    Navigate to [https://www.paymentworks.com/df/accounts/login](https://www.paymentworks.com/df/accounts/login/) and sign into your PaymentWorks account.

    Updating Company Profile Information

    To review and/or update your registration information, click the profile icon at the top of the screen and select "Company Profile" from the menu.

    Use the menu on the left to update your Marketing Information, Business Details, Tax Forms, Bank Accounts, Order and Remittance Addresses.

    Marketing Information

    The first tab, **Marketing Information**, is shared only with current and prospective customers on the PaymentWorks platform. Click the [[Edit]] button on the bottom right to update your Corporate Address, Phone Number, Company Website URL, Business Description, and Logo. Finalize your changes by clicking the [[Save]] button.

    Business Details

    The second tab, **Business Details**, is private and only shared with customers who you have connected with on PaymentWorks. This is where your tax information is entered. Click the [[Edit]] button on the bottom right to update your Legal Name, Tax Country Tax Identification Number (TIN) Type, Tax Number, Tax Classification, and D&B D-U-N-S Number (if applicable). Finalize your changes by clicking the [[Save]] button.

    Your IRS validation status is available in this section for your review. If you see green text stating “**VALID**”, your Legal Name and TIN combination was an accurate match with the IRS database. If you see red text stating “**INVALID**”, you will need to review your Legal Name and TIN combination to ensure it was properly entered. Upon saving a new Legal Name and TIN combination in this section, PaymentWorks will run a new IRS validation.

    Tax Forms

    The third tab, **Tax Forms,** contains your electronic W-9 or W-8 form. If you consented to PaymentWorks generating your electronic W-9 form during initial registration, any relevant changes to your Company Profile will trigger an automatic update of the W-9 form, which will be sent to the University of Arkansas System. If you opted out of the PaymentWorks generated W-9/W-8 form and need to upload a new W-9 or W-8 form, click the [[Browse]] button and select the file you intend to upload. Then, click the [[Upload]] button to finalize the upload process.

    Keep in mind, the automatic W-9 updates only apply if you agreed to allow PaymentWorks to generate your electronic W-9 form when you completed the registration form.

    Order Addresses

    The **Order Addresses** tab allows you to manage the addresses used for placing orders with your customers. These addresses are typically where your products or services will be shipped or delivered from. Click the "**Create New Address**" link to create a new Order Address. Enter a name, contact info, and address for the new Order Address. Finalize your changes by clicking the [[Save]] button.

    Remittance Addresses

    The Remittance Addresses tab enables you to specify where customers will send payments for goods or services rendered. Click the pencil icon to update your Remittance Address. Alternatively, you can click the "**Create New Address**" link in the upper right corner to add a new Remittance Address. Enter or modify the name, contact info, and address for the new Order Address. Finalize your changes by clicking the [[Save]] button.

    Bank Accounts

    Use the **Bank Accounts** tab to manage the bank accounts associated with your company for customer payments. Click the pencil icon to update your Bank Account information. Alternatively, you can click the [[Add Account]] in the lower right corner to add a new Bank Account.

    The preferred payment type for a domestic supplier is ACH. Wire transfer is for foreign suppliers only.
