Navigate to the /server-manager page of the MiCollab server you want to upgrade and login.

Click "Install Applications"

Select the software load you want to upgrade to from the drop down menu. Currently, we are upgrading all MiCollab servers to 9.8.2.12

Click the Install Button.

The server will not begin to download all of the respective application updates.

Once downloaded, the service will begin to upgrade each application individually. After it completes the "MiCollab Applications Services" module, it will reboot. Once the server is back up, it will reconnect and continue the upgrade process. Do not navigate away from this screen.
The reboot process will take some time.

Once you see all of the modules show a complete status the upgrade is now complete.
After the upgrade is complete, you will need to verify the following things:
- MiCollab Client service is running
- Clients have connected back to the system
- Nupoint services are working (call into auto attendant)
- Ensure MBG's are clustered if applicable
If clustered with a standalone MBG, it will need to be upgraded as well. With MiCollab 9.8.2.12 installed, you can upgrade the standalone MBG to the latest version of 11.6 and the latest version of MSL version 12. **DO NOT UPGRADE THE STANDALONE MBG TO VERSION 12. IT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLUSTER WITH THE INTEGRATED MBG WITHIN MICOLLAB.**
