**NOTE**: Some CEUs will be automatically applied to your Pit Zone profile, including any in-person training hosted by your NICA league, any Online Leaders' Summit sessions taken for CEUs, and any CEU courses hosted within the NICA coach education center. This guide applies mostly to courses that are taught *outside* of NICA (i.e. NFHS courses, outside professional development, bike clinics, etc.)
    1
Log into Pit Zone at [https://pitzone.nationalmtb.org/](https://pitzone.nationalmtb.org/)
    2
Click "Coach Profile" under your name in the dashboard.
    3
Scroll to the bottom of your coach profile grid. The very last row shows your Continuing Education Units. Click the blue "Upload" button.

Note that any CEU documentation should include the following things: the description of the CEU, date it was completed, and the number of hours it required. Common upload documentation includes certificates for online courses, or screenshots/emails from instructors certifying your completion of a course and the time required to complete the course.
    5
Add the date you completed your CEU (it may not be today's date if you took the course in the past):
    6
    Click the "Upload" button.
    7
Wait for a review of your CEU upload. We process manually, and usually they are approved within one business day!
