Upload Video into Canvas Studio and Embed Video in Course

In Canvas, click "Studio" on bottom left
Click "Create"
Click "Add Media"
Click "Browse Files"
Select the video file that you want to upload, and wait for the upload to complete.
Go to the course page or module where you want to add the video.
Click "Edit"
Click on the plug button. (You might need to click on the three dots to expand the menu first.)
Click "Canvas Studio"
Select your video.
Deselect "Display Media Tabs" (Unless you want your students to be able to comment on the video. But the video looks much cleaner on the page with "Display Media Tabs" deselected.)
Click "Embed Media"
