Navigate to your course and click "Edit display settings"

Click the image icon at the top of the display settings side panel.

To add an image, you'll have two options. The first is to click "Upload file" and select an image from your desktop.

The second is to click "Stock images from Unsplash" to browse through the royalty free library for stock images.

Search images

Click "Next"

Click "Zoom the image using the arrow keys. Press right or up to zoom in. Press left or down to zoom out."

Click "Save"
