Click "Edit mode" to enable editing.

Locate where you want to add a file, click "Add an activity or resource".

Click the "File" icon from the Moodle menu.

Click the "Name" field and add a name for students to see.

Add an optional description to further elaborate on what the file is intended for.

Optionally, enable "Display description on course page" to show the text on the course main page.

Click the "File" icon in the "Select files" section.

Click "Choose file" and upload the file you desire.

Click "Upload this file" to confirm changes.

If you've made a mistake and wish to delete the file, simply click the checkbox next to the file name and select the bin icon above.

Optionally, navigate to "Activity completion" and enable "Completion tracking" to provide students a visual marker for course progression.

Click "Save and return to course" when finished editing.

Once at the main course page, check that the file has successfully been uploaded.
