When you see "Requires BOL" this means the pickup task doesn't have an uploaded BOL yet. This will be the case for all deliveries completed by external contractors!

Click "Requires BOL" to open up the BOL modal for a specific pickup.

Upload the BOL from your computer. You can click or drag a file into this box!

You can edit or fill any fields on the right side of the popup.

Once complete, click create and confirm to create the BOL and pass the BOL directly into the second level of approval.

This BOL will now continue in the same flow as if it was directly uploaded by the driver!
