Uploading a Signature in Account Settings on TTBizLink

This user guide describes how an applicant or an approver can upload their signature to their TTBizLink account.

Click the dropdown arrow in the left-hand menu to reveal additional options.

Click "Account Settings".

Navigate to the Signature section.

Click "Upload Signature".

Click "Upload e-Signature Document" to locate and upload your signature file.

Your signature file should be a jpeg, png and bmp and a maximum of 5MB. You can create your signature in the following ways: 1. Clearly sign your name with a black pen on a sheet of paper with a solid white background. Scan the signature or take a picture of the signature. 2. Sign your name with a stylus on a solid white background.

Modify the zoom of the image by clicking this icon.

Modify the rotation of the image by clicking this icon.

Once you are satisfied with the signature, click "Save"

Once the image was cropped successfully, a pop-up box will notify you. Close the pop-up box.

Click "Submit" to upload your signature to your profile.

The signature has now been uploaded to your account. Click "←Back"
