    Use the Tech Wizards Help Button for a Service Request

      Click on the round blue "Help" icon at the bottom of your screen, or press the F10 key on your keyboard.

      Wait for a new dialog box to appear, which will list the diagnostics running on your computer which may help us resolve your problem.

      If not already entered, click in the "Your Name" field and type your full name.

      If not already entered, click in the "Your Email" field and type your full name.

      If this is a recurring issue, put a check in the box indicating such.

      Click "Describe Issue"

      Enter details of your issue or question in the top field.

      If this issue or question is best resolved by us remoting into your computer please check the box indicating such.

      If this issue or question can be resolved with a phone clal please check the box indicating such.

      If you believe this issue can only be resolved by a technician coming on-site to your location please check the box indicating such.

      Please note that while all three of these boxes can be checked at the same time, normally only one of them should be selected.

      Indicate the urgency of your issue or question by selecting the appropriate option.

      Indicate who is affected by this issue or question by selecting the apprpropriate option.

      Click "Review Submission".

      Screenshots of the twenty seconds of computer activity before pressing the blue round "Help" button are automatically recorded. These can be helpful to your technician in resolving your issue. If you don't want those screenshots submitted (because they may contain PII data or other confidential information then uncheck the "Submit Screen Shots" check box.

      Confirm that you are not submitting any confidential data (including passwords) by check the box indicating such.

      Click "Submit".

      If the email address that you submitted previously is not in our records then you will be prompted to enter your Business Name, Business Phone Number, and your Phone Extension Number. Entering your cell phone number is optional but may help us reach you when we start to remediate your issue or question.
