Click here to select the PDF on your computer that you would like to modify.
    After uploading, click "Open."
Adjust the magnification to be able to see the document better and make any basic formatting modifications by editing the text boxes.
If you need to change the language of the document, refer to Steps 5-8 on this Scribe: <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dPs0ecr6YzpvpDY9SvuouIj7La3u7tL0/view?usp=sharing>
Click on the pages button to make duplicated pages of the document to create different versions of the same worksheet.
Click "Duplicate page" to have as many versions as you need. Consider making a version that is more simplified or includes scaffolds for struggling students, an on-grade level version left as-is, and a more challenging version for above grade level students.
Once you have have enough pages, double-click on the page you'd like to start editing.
Click here to increase the visibility of the page.
    Select your preferred zoom ratio.
Click into the document once you have adjusted your zoom setting.
Next, begin editing the document. You can modify any element that is already part of the PDF or add additional Media, Text, and Elements found in Adobe Express on the left panel.
You can also use other apps to support differentiating the document. For example, if you need to simplify the text, highlight it and then copy it.
In a new tab, open up an AI tool like <https://chat.openai.com/> to act as a starting point.
Type a prompt such as, "Simplify this language to a first grade level:" and then paste the text you would like to simplify. Then click the clipboard to copy and paste it back into Adobe Express.
Once you are happy with your documents, click the "Download" button.
Choose if you'd like to download just the selected page or all pages, select PDF as the file format, and then click Download.
Your document is now ready to be uploaded into your Google Classroom or printed for student use!
