Head to "Classes/Appointments"
Click "Appointment Types"
Click "Create New"

Appointment Details

In this section you'll be able to enter your Appointment Type's name, the duration of each session, set buffers between sessions if needed, add an image and a description, and configure the registration settings.

In the final step, you'll be able to select the venue and rooms. In the example below, we've selected our London Road venue.
And we've selected our three PT Rooms. Click "Save" to move on to the next step.

Memberships & Pricing

In the next section, you'll be prompted to select which memberships can be used to book this Appointment Type. If you haven't created them yet, you can head to Memberships >> Memberships to create them, and finish configuring the Appointment Type later. Or you can skip this step for now and move on to the next section in the Appointment Type setup.
Generally, pack memberships work well with room hire setups. Customers can purchase a pack, which is valid for one session of the selected Appointment Type. In the step below, we've selected our "Room Hire x1 session", which is the pack that Personal Trainers wanting to book a room will purchase. Alternatively, instead of using a pack, you can also choose to create a drop-in fee for your room hire Appointment Type in the next step. The difference between a drop-in fee and a pack is that, with the drop-in fee, customers get a monetary refund when they unregister from the appointment within the allowed cancelation window, whereas with the pack, they simply get the usage returned to their pack.
Select the desired membership/s
Click "Save"

Instructors & Schedules

In the final section, you'll be able to link the "instructor" to your Room Hire Appointment Type. Click "Add".
Select the "dummy instructor" you've created for room hire purposes
Click "Select Schedule" and select the schedule.
Click "Save"
And that's it! PTs will now be able to purchase a room hire pack and book a 90-minute room hire appointment. They'll be able to pick their preferred date and time, and TeamUp will allocate them whichever one of the three rooms is available.
