Click "Lead filters"

Click the "Search keywords" field.

Type the word OR (capital letters) to see results that include one or more items in a list. This typically broadens your search results.
In this example, we type “sales” OR “marketing” OR “advertising”

This will pull up search results for people who have sales, marketing, or advertising in their profile. They only need one of the terms included in their profile.
