Click on the "KPI Dashbaord" on your homepage in AbilityLMS.

You will be directed to your Learner KPI dashboard.

In the Learner KPI dashboard, you will see your own progress with trainings and assignments that are required for you to complete (i.e. IIPP, Defensive Driving).

Click on the "Manager KPIs" tab on the left hand navigation.

You will see the number of your direct reports, how many of your direct reports are assigned to learning tracks, and the completion progress of those learning tracks amongst your direct report.

Scroll down to see a breakdown of direct reports and any of their outstanding trainings.
