      Home Screen

      This is the home screen of the Mobile Hiring Manager app. It displays all of your action items: Candidate Reviews, Job Approvals, and Offer Approvals.
      You can click the "Home" button to return to this view.

      Reviewing Candidates

      To focus on Candidate Reviews, click the "Candidates" button at the bottom of your screen.
      Click the candidate's name to review their information.
      Click "Info" to see a summary of their experience and education.
      This information is updated automatically by iCIMS' resume parsing tool. Unusual resume formatting can cause this information to not display correctly.
      Click the "Resume" tab to view the candidate's resume.
      Click the "Notes" tab to review any notes that have been left about this candidate.
      Only notes that relate to this specific job will be displayed. Notes entered for other jobs to which the candidate has applied will not appear here.
      Click the plus symbol to add your own note.
      Enter your note and click "Save."
      To rate this candidate, click the "Info" tab again.
      Click the thumb's up button if you would like to consider this candidate for a next step.
      Select from the options that appear.
      These options can be customized by your System Administrator.
      Click "Advance."
      You cannot change a candidate's recruiting workflow status (the red and green button you see when using iCIMS in your web browser) from within the app. You can only give them a thumb's up or thumb's down, and indicate a reason from the list of options provided.
      If you do not wish to move forward with a candidate, select the thumb's down icon.
