Navigate to the Map that you want to bulk edit or add points to. You can find all your saved maps at [map.proxi.co](http://map.proxi.co). Today you can access the beta spreadsheet editor by clicking the Spreadsheet View button on the left side of your creator portal

Pasting Data from Google Sheets, Excel, or CSVs

Navigate to your Data Set. Note: We're using Google Sheets here but Excel and CSVs also work. Copy the places that you want to map on Proxi by clicking CTRL + C. You can copy one column at a time or many. The columns will paste in the order that you copied them.
Tip! The "Locations" can be addresses OR places (as you see here). If are adding a place that is common (like Cheesecake Factory), adding the street, city and/or country is helpful for us to properly find the place with our software. As an example: Times Square, New York or Marriott Marquis, Times Square New York City is fine to paste into the "Location" column. So is an exact address like: 152 W 42nd St,New York, NY 10036. Our software works hard to find the place for you!
Put your cursor on the desired Location cell and paste the data. CTRL + V. You will see it populate into the table. If you are pasting many rows (>100) it may take a minute to populate. The category will default to the first category on the map.

      Bulk Edit

You can change data for many rows at once using the drag feature in the spreadsheet, which replicates experiences in traditional spreadsheet software. To change the category for a row, click on the corresponding cell, then select the new category. To apply the category to additional cells quickly, hover over the bottom right part of the cell and drag it down. Click Save
Once you are done, click "Save" to see your points appear on the map. You can always come back to edit them.
With category changes, you may have to refresh the page after you "save" to see the updates.

      Adding Points in Spreadsheet View

You can also add points directly in spreadsheet view by typing or pasting an address into an empty row. Select the appropriate place in the dropdown and add additional fields as needed.
You can also add points directly in spreadsheet view by double clicking on a location cell in an empty row then typing or pasting an address. Select the appropriate place in the dropdown and add additional fields as needed. Click "save" to see points appear on the map. Adding many points may take a minute or two to update.

      Bulk Delete

Just like when you add points one by one, you can also add and edit the Tags, URLs, and Special Offers associated with points. You can paste these directly into the spreadsheet or type them yourself. See examples below. Once you click "save" you will see the updated features appear.
Deleting cannot be undone! Be cautious.
Bulk delete by highlighting one or many rows (shift + click) then right clicking on the left side numbers. Click "remove rows". Then click "save"
      Example of deleting multiple rows:

Advanced: Adding Tags, Offers, and Links

The updates will appear on the map.
