    How to use a Rows templates

      Where to find the templates

      Navigate and login to the Rows website <https://apps.rowsapp.com/>
      Click "Templates Library"
      Use the filters at the top to filter between Templates of different accounting software.
      Click the download button to download the relevant template.
      Once the file is downloaded, simply open the template in excel

      The tabs in the template

      Every Rows template has 2 tabs, the first tab "Notes and Controls" and a second tab with the name of the template were you will be inputting your Data.
      The Controls section will offer some insight into the data you have populated in your second tab, this can be used as a great tool to check you work before uploading.
      The Notes section will give you a quick overview on how to use the template and that the template can do.
      The Notes tab is where we will be inputting and viewing our data.

      The template dashboard

      In Excel go to the home tab and click "Launch Rows add-in"
      Use the single sign on method or input your log in and password to login to the Rows dashboard.
      If you have multiple organisation select the organisation you want from the drop down.
      Once an organisation is selected a message at the bottom of the screen will appear indicating that Rows is pulling data specific to the organisation, allow a few seconds for the message to disappear.
      The first button in the dashboard is the button we will use to post our data
      The second button clear all data from the sheet, IT DOES NOT DELETE DATA FROM YOUR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.
      The third button will allow us to pull data from the accounting software, this is the button we need to use if we are going to edit existing transactions.
