Navigate to your Tracker URL for your site and then login.

Scroll down the list and click "Snooze Setting"

Under Comparison, select is equal to and then select  "Fax - In (All)"

Scroll down the page and select your date range.

The results will display and then Click "(Save)"

In the pop up, enter the name of the worklist you want to create". Click "SAVE"Example Inbound Faxes-Snooze Not On. You will now use this worklist for all your inbound faxes.
