Navigate to your Tracker URL for your site and then login.
From the newly created special inbound fax worklist, start your indexing process as you normally would to index a transaction to a patient. Click here either to choose "Snooze Hours" to select the 24, 48 or 72 hours time frame.
Click "24 Hours" as an example.
Or select "Snooze Date" to enter a specific date in the future to snooze this transaction. It can even be later in the same day.
As an example: Click "20" on the calendar.
Enter the time you want the transaction to re-appear. In this example, we used 8:00am.
Click "Save Patient Ctrl+Shift+S" . The patient will drop off this worklist and then re-appear after the snooze time has expired.
