Add a new automation or select an existing automation

Add automation details (i.e. open a bullish short put spread) and save the automation

Create a new webhook or select an existing webhook

Save your webhook (optional: select 'Always On' to run the automation any time the webhook is called)

You can also use any TradingView indicator, shared indicator, or create your own custom indicators.

To use a shared indicator such as the 'Multi-MA Crossover,' go to the indicator page and select "Add to favorite indicators"

Select the incidator in the 'Condition' dropdown menu of the Settings tab

OA-Multi-MA Crossovers (SMA, 50, EMA, 200)

Select a Signal type (Buy signal in this 'Cross Up' example)

Paste the Option Alpha webhook URL into the Notifications tab and check the box

Your Option Alpha automation will automatically run when the alert triggers inside TradingView
