Using the Drag and Drop Calendar in NetVendor Maintenance

Start by logging into NetVendor Maintenance.

Navigate to the Make Readies Tab. You will be taken to the Whiteboard view by default.

Click on the Schedule Tab.

This will take you to the Calendar view for Make Readies.

Here you will see scheduled tasks in the calendar and unscheduled tasks in the column to the left.

Notice that tasks are sorted by the Categories set up by your company.

You can filter the unscheduled tasks by Move Out timeframe.

Simply click the drop down carrot and chose from the options.

Clicking in the Make Ready Dates box. Shows the Move-Out, Move-In and Target dates in the calendar.

Clicking on the Week box will change the view from a month view to a week view.

Clicking on any task in either the unscheduled list or the calendar. Will open the task on the right side. Here you can interact with the task as before.

Scheduled tasks will have an orange bar to the left.

Confirmed tasks will have a green thumbs up.

Completed tasks will have a green bar on the left.

To schedule a task in the calendar view. Simply click and hold on a task, and drag it to the date you want to schedule it on. And it will automatically schedule itself for that day.

You can move tasks from unscheduled to scheduled in the calendar. You can move tasks from one date to another. And you can also move tasks from scheduled in the calendar to the unscheduled column as well.

The calendar view can also be used to see tasks that have been auto scheduled and have fallen on a weekend or holiday. Now these tasks can be quickly rescheduled.

You can navigate the calendar using this area.

Click on Today to put you in the current month or week.

Click the back arrow to move back a week or month.

Click the forward arrow to move forward a week or month.

Use the carrot beside the month to drop down the month selector.

Use the forward and back arrows to move between months or weeks.

Notice the blue circles on the calendar. This notes dates that have tasks scheduled on them. The darker the blue dot the more tasks that are scheduled.
