Navigate to your Tracker URL for your site and then login.

When starting the indexing process, type in the name of the patient "Last Name, First Name, DOB and Click "search"

In the patient pop up screen, Click the "Green Bubble" image which will show more of the patients demographics, which allows you to determine if this is the correct patient to tie the document or transaction to. Please Note: You can select the "unassigned" version or one with the "account number" filled in.

Click "CLOSE" when finished. You can select the "unassigned" version or one with the "account number" filled in.

Click "Select Patient" and continue to finish your indexing.
