The Nutshell dashboard is your hub for everything going on in your Nutshell account, and all the information you need to close more deals. Let's **take a tour** of how to use the dashboard in your daily workflow.

In the center of the dashboard are your dashboard cards. These cards display essential information about the sales in your pipeline, leads assigned to you, your team's productivity, and more.

Dashboard cards are customizable per user, so you can truly make them your own. Dashboard cards can be used to explore and display data like: - Company-wide leaderboards - Sales and lead metrics - Dynamic contact lists - List summaries - Pipelines - Sales and activity quotas - Hot leads

To edit a dashboard card, click on the gear icon.

Here you can edit the data shown on the card, change the card's name, and filter by tags, assignee, date range, and more. Click Save when the card is displaying the data you want to see.

The right side of your dashboard displays the activities and tasks you have scheduled and shows a timeline of every activity happening in Nutshell. Expand this section by clicking and dragging the tab.

Activities are your scheduled events with leads or customers, like phone calls, Zoom meetings, or other appointments. Overdue activities are marked red so you can prioritize them. Use the filters at the top to refine which activities are displayed.

Tasks are reminders for yourself without a hard due date. Use tasks when you want to remember to follow up with a lead, send an email, or prepare materials for an upcoming meeting. You can also use filters to zero in on specific tasks or check what's overdue or upcoming.

Finally, your Nutshell timeline shows an updated history of activities and actions your team members are completing. Here you'll be able to view changes to your leads and completed activities, plus @-mention your colleagues when you have a question.
