Using the TotalFM App (iOS)

Open the **TotalFM** app

Enter your username and password and tap "Login"
Scheduled Jobs

You will see a list of scheduled jobs assigned to you. These are split into 'Started', 'Not Started' and 'On Hold'

Tap to expand a job and view the required tasks

Tap again to expand the task to view all details
Action a Scheduled Job

Tap "Start Job"

Some jobs require a risk assessment, a work permit, or both, to be completed before you can start the task

You can't start the task until these have been completed

Change the toggles to green to confirm the risk assessment or work permit (or both) have been completed

Tap "Continue"

Tap "Complete" when the task is finished

If you can't perform the task, tap "Unable to Complete"

Tap "Yes" to confirm
Put a Scheduled Job on Hold

Only one scheduled job can be active at a time. To start another job, you need to put the current job on hold

Tap "Put on Hold" to put a job on hold

Tap "Resume" to re-start the 'on hold' job
