Utilizing the Full Functionality of our New Client Portal

### Getting Started To help you get started, you should have received an invitation link to the portal. Click the button in the email and set up your account to begin. Set a memorable password, or if your device has a save password feature, we recommend using it for automatic access to the portal in the future.

Once you set a password and accept the invitation, your portal will open. For future access, use this link: <https://payments.aldronac.com/portal/login>. If you forget the link, you can also access it from our website's login page: [www.aldronac.com/login](http://www.aldronac.com/login).

You can also access your portal through email reminders and notifications. Simply open the email and click the button at the bottom to access the portal.

Your portal should now be open, displaying the home page. If you accessed it through an email link, you might be directed to the invoice page instead.

Below is a brief overview of the home page and its functions: #### *Home* ***Balance Summary:*** - *View your total balance, available credits, and payable balances.* - *See the number of your outstanding invoices.* ***Last Payment Made:*** - *Check details of your most recent payment towards an invoice.* ***My Details:*** - *View your account details, including contact information.* ***Shared Documents:*** - *Upload and share documents directly with us.*

To make a payment, click on the invoice(s) and then select "Pay Now."

Below is a brief overview of the Invocies page and its functions: #### *Invoices* - *Access all your invoices and filter them as needed.* - *View and manage retainer invoices separately.* - *Pay specific invoices, partial payments, or multiple invoices at once.* - *Choose from various payment options including credit/debit card, bank account ACH payments, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Klarna.* - *Set up auto-pay options for convenient expense management.*

A list of payment options will appear. Please select one and proceed with the payment. *Please note: Available payment options will depend on your device. Most Apple devices will allow you to use Apple Pay, while other functions may not be available. The same applies to Windows / Android devices.*

If you have an invoice and would like to set up a payment plan with regular installments until the balance is paid, please click "Pay via Klarna."

To make a partial payment on an invoice, click "change" under the amount to pay.

Enter the amount you would like to pay and proceed through the module.

To view all your open invoices, click "Invoices" on the left side.

You will then see the invoice details, including the total amount and the remaining balance.

To make a payment for multiple invoices, use the checkboxes to select the invoices you wish to pay for, then click "Pay Now."

Choose your payment option and proceed. *Please note that you can only make partial payments for individual invoices. If you select two or more invoices, you will be required to make full payments for them.*

Click "Credit Notes" to view the credit statements that have been applied to your account.
